Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY – ARISTOPATAS & CO.

At Aristopatas & Co, in compliance with the European Union consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), we inform our customers of the rights and conditions applicable to returns and refunds of products purchased in our online store.

1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by sending an email to contacto@aristopatasyco.com including your order number and contact details.

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of misuse that could affect its value.

The consumer shall bear the direct costs of return, except when the product is defective or has been incorrectly shipped, in which case the costs will be covered by Aristopatas & Co.

In certain cases, we may waive the requirement to return the product physically, upon prior communication and approval by our team.

3. Refund

The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, within an estimated period of 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the returned product or from the confirmation that a return is not required.

In the case of a product replacement, the new shipment will not incur any additional cost to the consumer.

4. Orders not delivered
If the order is not delivered within 30 business days for shipments within Spain or 45 business days for international shipments, the consumer may request a full refund.
